Our friends at www.w4mp.org have put up a notice for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association seeking candidates for the Commonwealth Youth Parliament in Queensland, Australia in April next year.
The age limit for these “Youth MPs” is 29 so it sounds to me like one big beer and shagfest. Sadly, if there’s a General Election in early May, I won’t be able to go but if your boss or MP agrees to nominate you, please let me know and we’ll write lots of emails to newspapers to say how great you are.
