The Guardian letters page this morning pointed out that Chris Huhne’s campaign slogan Leadership, Ideas, Experience has a rather unfortunate (or perhaps revealing) acronym.
Quick to remove any hint of impropriety, www.chris2win.org now has an amended strapline of Ideas, Leadership, Experience.
However a quick Google Search for “Leadership, Ideas, Experience” + “chris huhne” shows that it will stick around in Google’s cache for some while yet.
Meanwhile for ILE, how about Insane Lunch Expenses or Insipid Little Egghead? If you can think of better use of the acronym ILE, comment below.

‘Ile’ is the Scots word for oil. Is he very oilly or what?

Bearing in mind the mounting suspicion that Huhne is not actually human but is in fact some form of android, how about:
Idiotic
Laboratory
Experiment
