It was fortunate that the pornography question (reported by simeonmccack below), and the answer to the Alcoholic Beverages (Government Stock) puzzle (reported by redtamarin below) weren’t mixed up…
Q: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, what recent discussions she has had with the Home Office about the availability of pornography in the UK; and if she will make a statement.
A: The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is responsible for the administration of the Government Hospitality pornography cellar. The cellar contains a mixture of fine and home-made pornography, photographs, costumes and toys. The current estimated value is approximately 640,000, based on cost price. The cellar contains just under 35,000 films, of which fewer than 300 are home-made and highly objectionable. Fetish and bizarro pornography is not held in large quantities, and is bought on an ad hoc basis, depending on requirements.
If it was available to all honourable (onan-able?) members, I’m sure attendance in the Chamber would fall sharply…

My fellow monkey does seem to have a rather warped imagination
Though on consideration, if such facilities were available to Hon. Members, then at least we might have been spared the predelicitions of the former leader of the Welsh Assembly and the Hon. Member for Winchester being splashed across the tabloids…
