Do they really have someone called Jonathan CRUSHER working at a posh firm like that? You want to be careful Monkey old mate - they might send him round for a ‘visit’
On what grounds have they persuaded a Judge to issue a Court Order preventing publication of this tosser’s picture?
Please post the actual letter, Recess. I gotta to know!
I just can’t get my head round this.

Just to ask again but:
“On what grounds have they persuaded a Judge to issue a Court Order preventing publication of this tosser’s picture?”
I admit my knowledge of this area is law is limited, but still, no authority immediately springs to mind under which this order could be issued (except maybe breach of copyright?)
If I were you I would check that the terms of the injunction don’t also cover disclosure of Mahmood’s real name (see the Galloway letter to MPs.)

I assume that they will produce a copy of the order which you can put on the site? Did they have to explain to the court why they wanted this order?

It’s after 16.00. Shouldn’t a copy of that photo be going back up around now?

Call me pedantic, but what sort of lawyer doesn’t know that a written question ends with a question mark?
