Perhaps the worst candidate for Corby possible. Andrew gave bandwagon-politics a new definition, particularly with his “opposition” to the closure of the town’s only Roman Catholic school, despite the fact that it was his government that introduced the elitist CTC in Corby, which sapped local government funds away from the state schools.
