Actually - surely she should insist on being called a businesman - if she is already willing to be called a “Chairman” by that party. Changing? No way.

Maybe she should be a huwoman as well? The word is Chairman, I’m sorry we can’t feminise everything for you.
And I think describing someone as a lesbian anything and then saying ACTUALLY quite pleasant is incredibly offensive and homophobic.
