Ananova is reporting that a German city is planning to put polling booths in pubs to promote higher voter turnout.
Fantastic idea, but perhaps the voting machines should come with a built-in brethalyser…

This interesting fact I discovered one evening when I’d sloped off from GOTV to try and have a meal there, but they were too busy with the voting to cook….
