Yes it’s everyone’s favourite, Ruth Kelly. So why she’s trying to overturn a Scottish Government decision to allow homosexuals to adopt is a riddle only Dan Brown could write (badly). It does also rather make a mockery of devolution shortly before an election where we’re displaying it as a Labour success story.
Let’s face it, Kelly would be much more at home in the Lords.
