It’s very simple, the 10 on his shoulder means his spine is ten degrees outta kilter, and the white cloud on his hand indicates a weak hand shake.
I can just see the corner of a white cloud over Bricket Wood so that must mean fair weather to come. Slough has definately been spotted, probably that “Happiness” show the BBC did last year.
