Therefore, their bias will be towards the blogger in any slagging match, regardless of whether or not they actually look back through the rights and wrongs of the dispute. Therefore, insult slinging from opponents will tend to fall on deaf ears. If that opponent is in the process of trying to drum up support in a leadership contest, they’re effectively drumming up opposition. So effectively, I’m compelled to ask Mr Owen, are you some kind of deep cover agent for Brown or Meacher?
