After increasing numbers of complaints in recent years, the Parliamentary Ombudsman has decided to get tough on government departments guilty of maladministration.
According to this ad in the Guardian, the organisation is seeking an SAS officer to bolster their team.
Frankly, it seems a bit excessive to me.
