The Wiki gnomes have stepped in to halt the battle on the Dawn Butler and Sarah Teather Wikipedia entries.
Both are now graced with the image above and have a little message from the gnomes saying “Wikipedia is not the place to campaign for selection. All this POV-pushing is pretty pathetic. Doing it from a parliament IP address is particularly unprofessional. Take it elsewhere or get banned.”
This hasn’t stopped the Anonymous Lib Dem researcher continuing to make party political attacks on Dawn Butler’s entry, but now the gnomes are on the case the ALD will not succeed.
It’s amazing the things people who work in Parliament spend their time editing on Wikipedia. Obviously lots of MP’s biographies, but also entries on Phileas Fogg, Pocahontas, Sacrificial Love, and somebody called Kerron Cross…
