More Wiki Warring

Sometimes I wonder about the priorities of Guardian journalists. In today’s story about comapnies and party officials censoring Wikipedia entries there’s mention of edits made by people within Labour HQ but nothing about CCHQ who are just as guilty - for example the most recent CCHQ edit was removing perceived criticism of Oliver Letwin.

It’s depressing enough that zealots in party HQs think they need to police Wikipedia for political ends, but it is even sadder that at the same time as trying to persuade the rest of their parties that modern technology is the future of campaigning they prove themselves so technologically inept.

For those who are interested, the quite amazing Wikipedia Scanner can tell you exactly what the denizes of Parliament, CCHQ, the Cabinet Office and many others are busy editing.

  1. I was wondering what some of the more mature members here do about dating. It seems much harder for older singles to find a mate, so I might be turning to online dating for older singles.
    any suggestions? thanks.
