Today sees the biggest change in graveyard law since the introduction of cremation, which incidentally was steered through parliament by a young Menzies Campbell as a junior minister under Lloyd George.
As of today, local authorities in London will be allowed to shift “relics” (dead people’s remains) in order to bury more people in the same grave.
Given the likely increased usage of digging equipment, Parliament’s leading campaigner for graveyard safety, Fulham MP Greg Hands, has reassured Recess Monkey that he will be keeping a close watch on the safety implications of the new law.

Can anyone tell the difference between an exhumed corpse and Ming Campbell?
