He has something of the Kinnochio about him in that pic. Good to see Message Space providing related advertising content - even if Bryant has been assured it will be seen only in Wales. I’m 50 miles inside England and I can see it.

No-one seemed to be on top of the Barnet formula in fairness. David Lammy said it was a response to Thacherite poverty when it was a creature of the 1974-1979 Labour government. Maybe all the more reason to rationally review the thing.
