Elected to serve the residents of Roehampton ward (one of the borough’s most disadvantaged areas) in May 2006, he moved to Bournemouth in August 2006 and hasnt been seen since. He still manages to find time to collect £10k a year.
The local paper - which very rarely touches local political issues and certainly never takes sides placed a picture of him under the headline: “waste of space”.
