Yep, the meeting happend just as Dave was standing up to the Russians over Georgia by threatening to ban wealthy ruskies from Selfridges!
Obviously so they could save their money for Osborne!

It’s getting worse. George failed to declare the stay at Nat Rothschild’s clifftop estate! However as you can see from the register, he did eventually declare £190,000 from Nat’s mum, Lady Serena after he was caught out.
Regular Recess readers will also know he has habit of ‘forgetting’ to put things in the Register.

Well it would appear that he did, or do you trust Osborne’s word against two people who have nothing to gain by lying about the fact.
